ORIZEN is operated by Zhongshan Benwu Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.
ORIZEN operates this website and online store, including the related content, features, tools, products, customer support and services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, explain your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, including placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Where products contain hand-finished or decorative elements, minor variations in color placement, finish, pattern or measurements may occur. We do not intentionally make misleading claims about product origin, materials, craftsmanship, benefits or performance.
Product descriptions, prices and availability may be updated when necessary. We may discontinue a product or limit available quantities, subject to applicable law and any orders we have already accepted.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and successfully process the required payment.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

If we decline or cancel an order after receiving payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a cancellation or correction, contact us promptly at hello@getorizen.com. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing or shipment has begun.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
Section 4 — Prices, Taxes and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Applicable taxes will be handled as shown during checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or similar charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment and contact information. You also represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
Promotions may be governed by separate conditions. If promotional conditions conflict with these Terms in relation to that promotion, the promotional conditions will apply.

Our standard shipping terms currently include:

United States: 15–25 business days
United Kingdom and Australia: 15–25 business days
Southeast Asia: 10–15 business days
Other countries: 15–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs processing, weather, public holidays, destination restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss will pass to you upon delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the matter and provide appropriate assistance.
Section 6 — Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
ORIZEN offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving an eligible item to request a return.
Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refund processing generally takes up to 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
Personalized or customized products and products damaged through misuse or improper handling may not qualify for return.

Section 7 — Intellectual Property
The Services and the content created or lawfully provided by ORIZEN—including our branding, original text, graphics, photographs, videos, layouts and designs—are owned by or licensed to ORIZEN and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without our prior written authorization, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, publicly display, sell or commercially exploit protected content from the Services.
Customer reviews, submissions and third-party content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and any licenses granted under these Terms.
ORIZEN names, logos and branding may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify names, logos and branding belong to Shopify or its licensors. Other trademarks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to optional tools or services operated by third parties.
These tools may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their independent operation.

New tools and features introduced through the Services may also be governed by these Terms.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store. Purchases made through the store are transactions directly between you and ORIZEN.
Shopify is not the seller of ORIZEN products and is not responsible for product fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds or disputes arising from purchases from ORIZEN, except to the extent Shopify separately provides a service directly to you.
Nothing in this section excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Section 11 — Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process information necessary to provide, secure and improve its ecommerce services. Certain information may also be processed by payment providers, carriers, analytics providers and other service providers involved in fulfilling your order or operating the Services.

Section 12 — Feedback and Reviews
If you voluntarily submit a review, suggestion, photograph, comment or other feedback, you grant ORIZEN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, format, publish and display that submission for operating, improving and promoting the Services.
You retain ownership of your original submission.

Any incentive or compensation connected with the submission has been disclosed

Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability relating to an individual purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Section 18 — Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate ORIZEN for reasonable losses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, deliberate violation of another party’s rights or material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify ORIZEN for ORIZEN’s own negligence, misconduct, breach of law or breach of contract.
We will provide reasonable notice of a claim and allow appropriate participation in its defense where required.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
