Overview

ORIZEN is operated by Zhongshan Benwu Technology Co., Ltd., a registered company based in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.

We provide standard international shipping to customers worldwide. Each ORIZEN artwork is carefully packed with protective materials to help prevent damage during transportation.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Processing time begins after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

The following delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped:

United States: 15–25 business days

United Kingdom and Australia: 15–25 business days

Southeast Asia: 10–15 business days

Other countries and regions: 15–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather, public holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Rates

ORIZEN provides free standard shipping worldwide.

If an optional paid or expedited shipping service becomes available, its cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow several business days for the carrier’s tracking system to display its first update. Tracking information may not update continuously while a package is moving between countries or carrier facilities.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at hello@getorizen.com with your order number.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

ORIZEN is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.

ORIZEN does not control customs assessments and cannot predict the amount that may be charged. Customs clearance may also affect delivery time.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please:

  1. Review the latest tracking information.
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or the local carrier.
  3. Contact us at hello@getorizen.com with your order number and tracking number.

We will review the available shipping information and assist you with the next steps. Carrier investigations may require additional time.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the item

Photographs of the inner and outer packaging

The shipping label, if available

Please retain the item and all packaging materials while we review your request.

Eligible return and refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs, tracking information may be provided separately for each package.

You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
